About the Role
Our client is seeking an IT Specialist who would act as an administrator and support function for specific software packages that plug into their ERP system, which is an SQL database. The candidate should have experience working with Monday.com and databases, with SQL query skills and experience.
What you’ll do- Comply with all company policies and procedures including Health, Safety and Quality Assurance policies.
- Administer and optimize the company’s process management platforms, with a primary focus on Monday.com, while supporting broader IT infrastructure and system operations, including database and SQL operations.
- Provide technical support to staff, ensure smooth data integration and database performance across systems, and promote efficiency through platform and workflow administration.
- Enhance department and organization reputation by taking ownership of responsibilities, handling new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to department and organization.
- Serve as the primary administrator for Monday.com—responsible for configuration, automation, integrations, user permissions, training, and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with other departments to build dashboards, workflows, and process automations within Monday.com to meet operational needs and drive productivity.
- Develop and manage integrations between Monday.com and other platforms (e.g., Office 365, One Drive, P21, EZStock, Enlighten, etc.) to streamline data flow and reduce redundancy.
- Support data operations including SQL queries, report generation, and database connectivity for process improvement, data validation, and internal analysis.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain system performance across key platforms including databases, with a focus on data accuracy and integration reliability.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures and documentation related to Monday.com usage, data workflows, and best practices.
