Serve as the primary point of contact for all client needs, communications, escalations, and strategic discussions.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to assigned accounts, helping clients fully leverage the comopany's SaaS platform and cybersecurity services.
- Drive customer adoption and engagement, ensuring successful onboarding, deployment, and operationalization of solutions.
- Manage the transition from deployment to steady-state operations, establishing a consistent communication rhythm.
- Lead quarterly value discussions and service reviews, presenting key outcomes and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to position additional services and support renewal activities.
- Escalate technical issues and drive resolution by interfacing with internal product and support teams.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's platform capabilities, standard operating procedures, and deliverables.
- Strategically align with the executive leadership team for high-priority accounts.
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT consulting, technical account management, or client services.
- Deep familiarity with cybersecurity platforms and tools, especially:
- Microsoft Security Stack (including Microsoft 365 Defender, Sentinel, and Azure Security products)
- CrowdStrike Falcon
- Splunk (SIEM/SOAR)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
- Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in both English and Tagalog; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize across multiple accounts, and drive customer outcomes without heavy oversight.
- Strong business acumen - able to identify new opportunities for growth within customer accounts.
- Comfort in operating within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
