Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our automotive operations team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, assist with documentation, scheduling, and communication across departments, and maintain accurate records related to vehicle inventory, service, and sales.The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar office support role (automotive industry experience preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with vehicle documentation, service scheduling, and inventory management is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
