Logistic Clerk

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our fast-paced, dynamic organization.

Key Duties:

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and delivery receipts.
• Track and update delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatch and arrival.
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records.
• Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and warehouse teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Assist in planning routes and optimizing transportation efficiency.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and logistics software.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work flexible hours if required.
