Expert - Experienced Appointment Setter

I’m Paul, a seasoned financial advisor based in the USA. I’m seeking a skilled appointment setter to join my team part-time (20 hours/week, Monday-Thursday -12 PM-5 PM Pacific), with the potential to grow into full-time for a star performer.

Your Role:

• Call and clients to book 10-12 virtual or in-person appointments per week
• Use Redtail CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and ensure smooth follow-ups.
• Deliver a warm, professional pitch (script provided) to achieve 50%+ booking success.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years as an appointment setter, preferably in financial services or sales.
• Fluent English (American accent a plus) with exceptional phone and email skills.
• Track record of booking 12+ appointments/week using CRMs (Redtail experience preferred).
• Organized, persistent, and friendly—ready to connect with busy professionals.
• Reliable with Pacific Time availability.
