Booking Coordinator/Customer Service Specialist - Quezon City

As a Booking Coordinator, you will:

• Schedule and manage client appointments using an advanced clinic management software.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., nurses, aestheticians, and managerial staff) to ensure accurate availability and resource allocation.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and booking requests via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, promotions, and post-treatment guidelines.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the medical/healthcare industry, specifically handling booking/scheduling and customer service
• Proficiency in clinic management or scheduling software, as well as standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Previous administrative or receptionist roles in a medical, beauty, or cosmetic environment
• Experience with customer service metrics, handling customer complaints, and providing solutions on time

Preferred skills/expertise:

• Knowledge on beauty or cosmetic treatments (laser, injectables, body contouring, or skincare) is an advantage, enabling more informed interactions with clients
