Sales Associate (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)

We are seeking energetic and driven Sales Associates to join our growing team across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. This role involves selling power-related solutions such as electricity (e.g., Meralco) and solar energy, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with current clients
• Support in creating sales pitches and proposals
• Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and offer product details
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and metrics
• Oversee customer accounts to ensure prompt payments
• Spot potential clients and assess new business opportunities
• Meet sales, performance, and profitability targets
• Compile and update reports on sales activities and results
• Collaborate with other teams to guarantee customer contentment throughout the sales journey
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Assist in promoting and cross-selling products
• Manage extra administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Background in Electrical Engineering is a strong advantage, especially with experience in selling power supplies, switchgears, or high-voltage equipment
• 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in energy or related technical industries
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Knowledge of sales principles, market trends, and customer behavior
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
• Driving skills and willingness to travel across assigned regions
