About the role

We Do Virtual Assistants is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to an Australian Mortgage Broker. This is a full-time, remote position, ideal for someone with a strong background in Australian mortgage processing.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working alongside brokers and possess comprehensive, end-to-end expertise in managing loan applications.

In this role, you will assist with processing loans, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing seamless support throughout the entire mortgage process. While the position is fully remote, candidates located in Las Piñas City, Metro Manila, or within a 30-minute drive of the area will be preferred, as our management and head office are based there.

A complete work-from-home setup will be provided, including all necessary IT equipment.

What you''ll be doing:

  • Prepare and submit lender applications and engage with clients to gather all necessary deal information.
  • Analyze financial statements, payslips, and other financial documents for accuracy.
  • Collaborate directly with brokers to clarify scenarios, cross-reference lender policies, and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Conduct serviceability assessments across various lenders.
  • Review each loan application to ensure that all required documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for underwriting before submission to lenders.
  • Enter data into the CRM system and generate lender compliance documents.
  • Email Credit Proposals and compliance documents to clients for signing.
  • Prepare, organize, and submit home loan applications to lenders.
  • Address missing information and respond to conditional approval requests.
  • Monitor the progression of unconditional approvals and assist clients with signing loan documents.
  • Communicate regularly with the buyer’s agent, clients, and conveyancers to keep them updated on the status of applications until settlement.
  • Process pricing requests as needed.
  • Handle complex or urgent requests with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as email management, following up on lender updates, and communicating with various lenders.
What were looking for (Must-Have Requirements)
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
  • 2-3 years’ Experience with Australian Mortgage systems is desirable
  • 1-2 years of direct experience working with an Australian Mortgage Broker
  • Knowledge with Connective Mercury CRM is a must.
  • Knowledge in using Quickli Tool is a must.
  • Knowledge in preparation and submission of AOL applications is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Punctual and time/self-management skills
  • Strong Analytical skills and keen attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize workload and flexible
What we offer
  • Competitive salary: 45,000 to 60,000 PHP per month (negotiable)
  • Regular hours: 7 AM to 4 PM (Day shift with fixed weekends off)
