Blu Kuartz Holdings, Inc., its subsidiaries, and affiliates is looking for:

JUNIOR ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage timely completion and submission of subsidiary ledgers
• Handles complex General Ledger reporting and performs high-level analysis of the generated Financial Reports
• Analyze the impact of new accounting and reporting standards relevant to each Business Unit
• Works closely with the Accounting team lead and Finance on co-designing the processes and recommends improvements and innovations
• Communicates complex information on General Ledger processes as well as accounting treatment and standards to customers and internal stakeholders
• Performs other related work as required
• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
• Develop models that help w/ decision making
• Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
• Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies
• Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
• Evaluating profit plans, current capital expenditures, and depreciation

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Technology, BSBA-Management Accounting, BSC- Banking and Finance & BSBA- Financial Management
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, SAP, Quickbooks
• Full-Time position(s) available
• Must be adept with MS Excel: VLOOKUP, pivot, macros
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
