Is currently looking for:

HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR role (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High level of discretion, ethics, and confidentiality.
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
• Certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is an advantage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Support day-to-day HR operations such as attendance monitoring, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.
• Organize training and development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, manage grievance procedures, and promote a positive workplace environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
• Prepare HR reports and recommend improvements as needed.
