• Develop and maintain product roadmaps to align with company goals and strategy
• Conduct market research, user interviews, data analysis to identify key user needs and pain points.
• Identification of user issues for specific development projects.
• Investigate solutions to user issues.
• Oversee product development processes to ensure high quality and adherence to specifications.
• Ensure that product teams have clear objectives and are aligned with overall company strategy.
• Responsible for product management, user research, information design, UI design, etc.

• Bachelor's degree: In Business, Marketing, Design, or related field.
• 5 years in product management, product development, product design, UX/UI design, or related field.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, sales).
• Willingness to iterate and adapt to changing requirements and feedback.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and designs.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Must be fluent in speaking Nihonggo or Japanese Language
