We’re looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy keeping things in order, supporting both in-office and remote teams, and making daily operations run smoothly, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Support
  • Handle filing, reports, presentations, and meeting setups
  • Organize both digital and physical files
  • Manage accounts, inventory, and records
  • Assist with report creation and updates
Remote Support
  • Assist with onboarding remote employees
  • Set up virtual meetings and celebrations
  • Support daily HR tasks and document prep
HR Records
  • Keep employee records accurate and organized
Training Assistance
  • Help prepare training materials and sessions.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A team player who can handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience with virtual meetings is a plus!
  • Must have any Safety Officer certification.
