About the role

We are seeking a talented Workforce Senior Analyst (Capacity Planner) to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this strategic role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing the company's workforce planning and forecasting to drive operational excellence within the social media campaign.

• Analyse and forecast workforce demand and capacity to ensure seamless delivery of the social media campaign
• Develop and maintain workforce planning models and tools to optimize staffing levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address workforce challenges
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor junior members of the workforce planning team

• 8+ years of experience in workforce planning, capacity management or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of call centre operations and workforce management best practices
• Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting using Excel and other tools
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in managing and developing junior team members
