Job Description

• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans, defining tasks, timelines, and resources required.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Lead project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans.
• Track project progress and performance, using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate meetings with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as necessary.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Monitor project expenditures and perform cost analysis to ensure profitability.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections of materials and workmanship.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication.
• Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the project team.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, plans, and schedules.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the construction, glass, aluminum or other related industry.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and permits in the country.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
