• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: ₱17,000 - ₱18,000 per month

• Responsible for the monitoring, control and maintenance of inventory related documents/records
• Responsible in coordinating with all related personnel for the semi-annual and annual inventory count.
• Petty cash custodian
• Processing of employees reimbursements
• Ensure accuracy and validity of invoice to be issued to customers, follow up collection and reconciliation
• Prepares monthly and weekly sales report
• Tasks to keep and monitor cash transactions of the company including but not limited collection, handling of petty cash, coordinate with bank contacts for any related transactions- in charge with accounts receivable (A/R) subsidiary leger and monitors overdue collectibles from customers
• Prepares monthly statement of A/R and reminders of over due accounts to be sent to customers
• Responsible for observing provision regarding information security and non- disclosure agreements.
• Responsible for the control and maintenance of payable related documents/records.- Posts all A/P Trade, A/R non-trade, prepaid accounts, and accruals transactions to an excel type of report.
• Prepares vouchers and checks for non trade item.
• Responsible for witnessing the release of scraps.
• Responsible for reporting contributions and payment to SSS, PAGIBIG and Philhealth.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
• Computer Literate
• Knowledge in product costings and cost accounting
• Knowledge in local taxation on provisions regarding inventory accounts
