Finance - Accounts Payable

Job Summary:
We’re looking for an Accounts Payable to join our finance team. This role helps manage payments, invoices, and vendor relationships. The position is open as part of a team transition.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all accounts payable tasks, including invoices, purchase orders and payments
- Prepare weekly/monthly payment runs and ensure timely payments to vendors
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account balances
- Assist in month- end and year end close processes
- Assist with other accounting task when needed
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in accounts payable or accounting (hospitality or F&B preferred)
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel; NetSuite experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
