Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Channel Account Manager to join our sales team, focused on managing and expanding Cisco business in the Visayas-Mindanao (VisMin) region. This role plays a vital part in driving channel sales performance, fostering strong partner relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the IT distribution industry and a successful track record in channel account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow Cisco business across the VisMin region through key channel partners and resellers
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Cisco Account Managers and partner stakeholders
  • Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities to meet assigned targets and KPIs
  • Support internal sales teams with account administration, project tracking, and deal coordination
  • Deliver product updates, partner training, and enablement sessions to maximize channel performance
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development, and product teams to drive customer engagement
  • Analyze partner pipeline, deal flow, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
  • Proactively resolve channel conflicts and ensure a healthy sales ecosystem
  • Negotiate contract terms with partners, including pricing, terms, and renewals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Channel Account Manager, specifically within the IT distribution industry
  • Demonstrated experience handling Cisco business and working with local/regional resellers
  • Strong knowledge of channel sales models, reseller operations, and partner management best practices
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate independently and manage a geographically diverse territory (VisMin)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and trends
  • Familiarity with Cisco architectures and next-generation solutions is a strong advantage
