What You’ll Do:
As a Technical Support Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer support efforts, ensuring seamless resolution of technical issues while maintaining meticulous records in our CRM. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with field service technicians and customers via phone to address inquiries, troubleshoot equipment issues, and recommend effective solutions.
- Documenting all interactions and solutions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping.
- Ensuring timely resolution and closure of technical issues while meeting or exceeding established timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborating with team members to foster a positive, supportive work environment, sharing knowledge and insights to enhance overall team performance.
- Contributing to additional projects or tasks assigned by your Manager, showcasing your adaptability and proactive approach.
What We’re Looking For:

- Educational Background: College graduate or undergraduate—what matters most is your experience and attitude.
- Experience: At least 2 years in customer support or helpdesk roles, with a proven track record of solving technical issues and delivering excellent service.
