This onsite role is based at the Rockwell Makati branch, operating on a 6-day workweek schedule.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of the store's daily operations, focusing on client satisfaction, team management, and achieving sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Retail Store Operations, including:

• Staff management and team development
• Store image, merchandising, and display standards
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies

Drive sales by:

• Building strong relationships with walk-in customers and existing client databases
• Collaborating with interior designers to boost sales opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage ordering processes.
• Ensure compliance with mall health and safety regulations.

• Bachelor's degree
• With at least 2 years of experience in retail management, particularly in sales.
• Strong interpersonal and management skills, with proven ability to lead a team.
