We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Agents to join our team. This position requires individuals with exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle high-volume calls with accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to promote dental services and encourage regular check-ups.
• Follow up with patients regarding missed appointments, treatment plans, and reminders for routine dental care.
• Contact patients to inform them about new services, special offers, or available financing options.
• Assist patients in scheduling appointments for dental consultations, cleanings, or specific procedures.
• Reschedule or confirm appointments as needed, ensuring optimal scheduling to minimize downtime for dental professionals.
• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on outbound call performance and patient engagement.
• Strive to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment targets.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 yrs. previous experience in a SALES role
• US Accent preferred but not necessary.
• Agents who have CC pullout experience is a definite advantage.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle high call volumes.
• Motivated self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
