Chef De Cuisines (Japanese Operations)- The Chef de Cuisine (Japanese Restaurant) is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the Japanese dining outlet within the Integrated Resort. This role involves coordinating daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of services, and working closely with clients to assist in program planning and menu selection, delivering an exceptional dining experience.
- Should have familiarity with the Philippine labor market, proficiency in Microsoft Office, a college degree or higher, strong people management skills, 10-15 years of experience in a similar role or Japanese kitchen operations, the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
