Responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory by developing strong relationships with clients, managing a team of sales representatives, and implementing effective sales strategies. This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead teams, analyze market trends, and achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Area Sales Manager will primarily work in the field, visiting clients and conducting team meetings. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate client needs and travel.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.Proven experience as a Area Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within the designated area.
