We are hiring for passionate and talented Quality Assurance Team Lead/Supervisor for our awesome team!
As Quality Assurance Team Lead/Supervisor, you will leverage your analytical skills to create a metric-driven determination of our successes. You will identify opportunities for improvement and help develop impactful and measurable action plans to address these.You will also take the lead in conducting quality audits, report on findings, and propose new systems and policies for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate/s is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the fast-paced growing company through internal audits, participation process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA strategies and processes
- Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers
- Conduct regular audits and create detailed reports
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies
- Provide feedback to the development team
- Create and maintain QA documentation
- Conduct performance reviews and provide career development support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed
- Manage QA resources and budgets
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks related to product quality
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Monitor and report on key QA metrics
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing within the QA team
- Support the implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks
- Collaborate with product management to define quality goals and objectives
Qualifications:
- Should have at least 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Team Lead on a BPO set up
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledgeable in performance data management and analysis
- Six Sigma experience/certification is preferred
- Data analytics advance root cause analysis
- Exceptional leadership skills and great eye for detail
- Ability to teach and mentor
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
