Job Description:
- Responsible to manage sales of the company’s automotive lubricant and ancillary products or services to meet business objectives.
- To identify objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
- Manage interfaces between the customer, operations, customer service, supply, marketing, and engineering personnel and able to oversee, manage and coach the sales team under the Automotive Lubricants Business unit.
- To have efficient and effective management of the Automotive Sales Team to collectively accomplish the objectives and goals established for the Business Unit.
- To establish and recommend the most realistic sales goals for the target sectors and product lines to maximize revenue and meet business objectives.
- To provide inputs and recommendations to Marketing team in the development of Marketing programs to support and attain AL Sales objectives.
- To provide inputs and recommendations to Engineering team in the development of Technical Service support for AL customers to create a differentiated offer to maximize revenue and meet Sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience or training within the automotive industry, automotive services, or a closely related sector. This could also include a combination of formal education and sales management experience, specifically within the lubricant industry or a comparable market.
- Strong knowledge of Automotive, Diesel, Machinery, and Pipeline development, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Expertise in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Calculation to optimize decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to provide effective Coaching to teams, fostering skill development and high performance.
- Advanced Negotiation skills, with a track record of driving successful business outcomes and maintaining strong client relationships.
