About the role
Trinity Workforce Solutions is seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier technical talent to support the growth and success of our diverse client base.
What you'll be doing- Proactively sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates with in-demand technical skills
- Conducting thorough interviews to assess candidate experience, qualifications, and cultural fit
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client hiring needs
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Leveraging various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the agency setting
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and the ability to identify in-demand skills and qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals
- Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills
