Position title: Sales Assistant Manager

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Designing strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer based and ensure its strong presence.
Leads, guides, directs, and evaluates the work of immediate subordinates
Represents the organization in Civic and Professional association responsibilities and activities in the

local community, the state, and at the national level.

Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the executives of parent company and affiliates

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate of any 4-year business course
At least 5 -year working experience in handling a team in Sales industry
Good customer service and communication skill both oral and written
Smooth communication skill in Japanese language
With training in people management
Above average analytical and interpersonal skill
