Responsabilities

The Warehouse RM Team Leader is responsible for RM warehouse activities and its personnels. The Warehouse RM Team Leader reports directly to the Warehouse supervisor.

Mission

Safe storage of Vienovo products or equipment

The primary mission of Warehouse RM Team Leader is to ensure that the products are kept in good conditions and prevent any risks of damaged or loss items.

1. Maintain and develop 5S program
2. You are responsible for the cleanliness of the warehouse: floor swept, 0 spillage, 0 damaged bags.
3. You are responsible for the organization of the warehouse and its inventory. It must be neat and efficient.
4. Items in the warehouse should be palletized.
5. Items in the warehouse should be identified (Weight, description, supplier’s name...).

1. Daily inventory should be methodically performed.
2. The physical count of the inventory must always match SAP.
3. If variances between SAP and actual count are noticed: they must be spotted and communicated to the Warehouse supervisor.
4. 0-point inventory: when a reference reaches 0 inventory on floor, comparison with SAP inventory should be automatically done and reported to supervisor.

1. Supervise all movements of materials in the RM warehouses (ACOW and AC), incoming, internal, outgoing.
2. Manage the labor headcount, be sure that trucks are accommodated on time and minimize loading / unloading delays.
3. Instruct the forklifts and checkers.
4. All transactions should strictly respect the procedures described.
5. All transactions must be documented and recorded in SAP. No trucks should leave the plant without proper SAP signed documentation.

1. Non-moving/ageing items should be identified, and actions taken to change their status.
2. Items for remill should be clearly identified and segregated apart from the good inventory.
3. Infested items should be clearly identified and segregated apart from the good inventory.
4. FIFO: the inventory should be managed respecting first in first out method (both actual and SAP batches).

1. Daily monitoring of forklift operations. Control the condition of the Forklift and coordinate to maintenance team for any damage/defects found.
2. Daily checking and monitoring of products on proper hard pile and pallets.
3. Ensuring the team adheres to safety management standards.
4. Ensuring the team maintains a safe and orderly environment in the warehouse.
