About the role
We are seeking a talented Calibration Data Encoder to join our growing team at JNJ Instrumentation Sales and Services Inc. in Antipolo Rizal Laguna. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in accurately recording and maintaining calibration data to support our instrumentation sales and service operations.
What you'll be doing- Meticulously recording calibration data for a variety of industrial instruments and equipment
- Entering calibration information into our database systems with a high degree of accuracy
- Organising and maintaining calibration records and documentation
- Assisting the calibration team with administrative tasks as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong data entry and word processing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in using various office software applications, including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Diploma or certificate in a relevant field, such as office administration or data management
- Prior experience in a calibration or data entry role would be highly advantageous
