• Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain an updated CRM database with client interactions and appointment details.
• Follow a structured script while also being adaptable to different client responses.
• Build rapport with prospects to ensure a high conversion rate.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
• Handle objections and provide basic information about our services.

• Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive in engaging potential clients.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and a results-driven mindset.
• Experience in the e-commerce, advertising, or digital marketing industry is an advantage
