Institutional Sales Specialist / Corporate Sales - Makati Area

The Institutional Sales Specialist handles institutional accounts like hotels, resorts, companies, etc. He/She is responsible to establish and implement plans to grow the business in his/her assigned areas.

• Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
• Research and analyze sales options
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
• Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
• Build and maintain professional networks
• Meet with potential clients to determine their needs

• Bachelor's degree in any fiele
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
• At least one (1) year of experience in field sales or any in-person customer service role.
• Experience in conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations is an advantage.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in generating reports and analyzing sales data using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly motivated, organized and results-oriented
• Willing to conduct fieldwork in Makati.
• Willing to report to the Taguig office (Bagumbayan, Tanyag) as required.
