Data Analytics Manager - Manila

Job Overview:

The position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of data management, analysis, and reporting within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that ECL calculations are accurate and comply with all relevant financial regulations and standards. Provide timely and accurate reporting.
• Oversee all aspects of data management, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy. Implement and monitor data quality management processes to maintain high data quality standards (99.9% accuracy and 100% consistency across sources).
• Lead the team in translating data into actionable insights. Ensure at least 90% of strategic decisions are supported by market analysis provided by the team. Create and maintain a comprehensive reportorial dashboard for key metrics.
• Ensure the team responds efficiently and effectively to data requests from various departments, achieving a 95% satisfaction rate.
• Review and provide feedback on all reports generated by the team, ensuring 100% compliance before reporting.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a data analytics leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring a data analytics team.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Expertise in data management, data quality, and data security.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools.
