Sales Representative - Japanese Speaker (Remote PH)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with fluency in Japanese and English to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Japanese-speaking clients, driving sales growth, and supporting our expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for Japanese-speaking clients.
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their business needs.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct business negotiations and communications fluently in Japanese and English.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, operations) to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned markets.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities to leadership.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

• 4+ years of experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
