Quantity Surveyor (Electronics Engr.)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Quantity Surveyor (QS) is responsible for managing cost estimation, quantity surveying, and budget control for projects that involve specialized systems such as Fire Detection, Building Management Systems (BMS), CCTV, SCADA, and WiFi. The role includes design review, procurement activities, and ensuring financial efficiency across projects while working closely with site engineers, project engineers, and other teams.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Licensed Engineer preferred, but non-licensed candidates with strong experience are welcome.
- At least 10 years total industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years specializing as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience as a Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or QA/QC Engineer is an advantage.
- Expertise in Design, Quantity Surveying, and Costing for systems such as Fire Detection, BMS, CCTV, SCADA, and WiFi.
- Procurement or canvassing experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in software such as Planswift, Bluebeam, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD 2D/3D, Primavera, MS Project, and Excel.
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Holder of a valid Driver’s License is an advantage.
