Clinic Operations Supervisor - Manila

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of clinical staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and/or research compliance. This role supports clinical programs, coordinates workflows, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads a team of healthcare or research professionals in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of clinical staff, including nurses, medical assistants, coordinators, and other personnel.
• Ensure clinical operations comply with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, GCP, OSHA).
• Collaborate with physicians, investigators, and leadership to support efficient and safe clinical practices.
• Monitor staffing levels, assign workloads, and manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and patient care.
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation, clinical records, and reports.
• Support protocol execution and data collection in clinical trials (if in a research setting).
• Assist in managing budgets, inventory, and supply orders for clinical departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (RN license preferred where applicable).
• 3+ years of clinical experience; 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical management systems.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
