Accounting Analyst - AP

The Accounting Analyst - AP & GL is responsible for providing operational, administrative and clerical services for timely processing and monitoring of all payments to all suppliers, contractors, and other creditors of the Company. He or she is responsible in ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

1. Preparation and processing of Request for Payment (RFP) .
2. Filing of voucher and other supporting documents.
3. Strict monitoring of cash advance (CA) and other funds (PCF/RF).

1. Monthly reconciliation between subsidiary ledger (SL) and general ledger (GL) .
2. Preparation and monitoring of tax related data and reports for input and output tax and withholding tax.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
2. At least one (1) year work experience in Accounts Payable.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs.
4. High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.
5. Has excellent data entry skills and mathematical skills.
6. Has good verbal, listening and written communication skills.
7. Has good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles and standards.
8. Results oriented and able to meet deadlines.
9. Amenable to work in Manggahan, Pasig City.
10. Can start ASAP.
