Key Responsibilities:
Asset Tracking and Inventory -
Maintain accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses and mobile phones.- Ensure assets are properly tagged and labeled for easy identification
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks to verify asset accuracy
Asset Lifecycle Management -
Assist with the procurement, deployment, and retirement of IT assets.- Manage asset disposal processes, ensuring proper recycling or resale.
- Monitor asset performance and identify potential issues or areas for optimization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset data in the asset management system (Salesforce)
- Generate reports on asset inventory, licensing, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with other Teams to ensure smooth asset management processes.
- Communicate with end-users regarding asset usage and policies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of IT-related courses
- Fresh graduates, preferably
- Focus is on Asset Management
