Accounting Supervisor - Muntinlupa

The Accounting Supervisor oversees daily operations of the accounting department, ensures accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and provides support to the finance team. This role involves supervising accounting staff, reviewing financial data, and assisting with audits and budget preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Budgeting: Develop and monitor budgets, providing insights and recommendations for cost control.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including filing and reporting.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
