Job description
YOUR DUTIES:
- Taking calls and answers inquiries / concerns.
- Release transportation allowance or budget to technicians before deploy.
- Collecting and checking all the liquidations of technicians.
- Submit replenishment of service budget to the audit/treasury.
- Checking the deployment for sub-contractor and assigned technicians in outside Metro Manila with complete attached documents.
- Process the sub-contractor billing
- Requesting budget in Devex portal for payment of sending materials thru AP Cargo, transportation and accommodation of technicians going to store, payment for calibration of the service van, payment for violation and other concerns.
- Providing the forms needed by technicians and other employees (OT Form, Change of restday, Leave of Absence, Liquidation Form, Cash Advance, Petty Cash Voucher and others)
- Requesting office supplies to Admin Dept.
- Do follow up on budget and other concerns to other department.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:
- A graduate of any 4 year course.
- At least 1-2 years of related experience
- Knowledgeable in using MS Suite programs.
- Keen to details.
- Multi-tasking
- Independent and has self motivation.
- Willing to do clerical works.
- Willing to work in San Juan City
