Job Summary:
We are seeking a sales-driven Account Manager to build long-term client relationships and drive sales growth. This role involves managing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the digital and printing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients inquiries and account management.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Provide customized solutions based on client needs and industry trends.
- Generate leads within the assigned segment and product line
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
- Achieve sales performance metrics and targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management and field-based sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Preferably residing within IloIlo City area
