Role Overview
The Account Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end management of assigned client accounts, coordinating services, ensuring compliance documentation is prepared, and acting as the bridge between clients, logistics, and operations teams.
This role plays a vital part in delivering smooth services across transport, treatment, and disposal activities under JMR’s Waste Management Operations.
Key Responsibilities- Handle client onboarding, profiling, and account setup within the company’s internal system.
- Serve as the main point of contact between JMR and assigned clients for all service requests, updates, and concerns.
- Prepare, track, and submit client service documents (Waste Manifest, Certificate of Treatment, Certificate of Transport, etc.).
- Coordinate closely with the Logistics Supervisor for transport schedules and with Warehouse Supervisors for loading and unloading activities.
- Monitor the full cycle of each service from scheduling, pick-up, transport, treatment, disposal, and certification issuance.
- Manage real-time communication with drivers, helpers, and internal operations to ensure smooth service execution.
- Perform weekly account status checks with clients and address any service or documentation concerns.
- Update service tracking sheets, CRM tools (Zoho CRM), and maintain clean documentation records.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to collect client feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Support internal compliance documentation aligned with DENR regulations (RA 6969, DAO 2013-22).
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail when dealing with both clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Logistics, or any related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in client management, customer success, logistics coordination, or similar roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good understanding of basic environmental compliance processes (a plus, but training will be provided).
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English and Filipino).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace tools.
