We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill in the Account Manager
The Account Manager is responsible in the solicitation of leads, acquisition of new business opportunities, business retention and implementation of Sales and Marketing strategies and campaigns to effectively retain and increase market penetration, reach and share.
Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain a healthy list of intermediaries utilizing relationship management and customer service principles to maximize productivity and sales opportunity
- Lead or assist in discussions of intermediaries with prospect clients through superior product knowledge and solutions;
- Provide periodic information on market trends and customer needs for product development, customer satisfaction metrics and internal process enhancement, as needed.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth objectives and revenue targets
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for expansion
- The Account Manager-Business Development is responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic initiatives. This role involves developing new business leads, nurturing partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction to achieve sales targets and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
- Any candidate with relevant experience
- Experience in sales and as “customer-centric" solution-based selling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fast learner in dealing with a fast-paced industry is a must
- Capable of problem-solving and negotiation
- Willing to work in Pasig City, Mondays to Fridays, 8:00-5:00PM
