Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both local and international hires.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent globally.
  • Utilize job boards, professional networks, and recruitment platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews across different time zones.
  • Ensure compliance with international hiring regulations and labor laws.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide hiring recommendations.
  • Enhance employer branding to attract global talent.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with hiring progress.
  • Stay informed about global recruitment trends, visa/work permit processes, and competitive hiring strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on international hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and interview best practices.
  • Experience in hiring for BPO, IT, healthcare, or similar industries is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with global recruitment platforms and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings across various countries and time zones.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and international hiring compliance is a plus.
