We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to help us execute and optimize impactful marketing strategies. If you're passionate about driving brand awareness, generating leads, and creating compelling campaigns, we want you on our team!

• Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Support event planning and other brand initiatives to elevate our presence.
• Coordinate with external vendors for events, marketing materials, and more.
• Manage and create content for web, email, and social media.
• Dive into performance data, optimize campaigns, and improve engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.
• Oversee marketing tools and platforms to streamline processes.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in campaign management, event planning, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.).
• Experience in content creation and managing social media platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

• Basic skills in design (Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Experience with SEO/SEM strategies.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing tactics.
