COMPANY NURSE / HR SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for occupational health programs and services. Facilitate benefits administration, record filing, and HR project implementation in promoting workplace health and wellness within the guidelines and requirements of OSHC.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a Nursing graduate with licensed
• Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resources is an advantage
• At least (1) years of experience in handling HR Compensation & Benefits & Recruitment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, Innovative, Flexible, Team Player, and Results Oriented
• Demonstrate personal integrity, honesty, confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people
• Organized with quick analytical and planning skills
• Exceptional decision-making skills
• Knowledge of HR functions, and statutory benefits processing HMO Insurance.
• Working knowledge of MS Office communication and application.
• Administering payroll, compensation, and benefits
• Proficiency in administrative duties such as communications, data entry, and record-keeping
• Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues on time.
