Industrial Engineer Analyst

Sta. Maria Industrial Park Corporation is seeking an exceptional Industrial Engineer Analyst to join our dynamic team in Santa Maria, Bulacan. As an Industrial Engineer Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimising our manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and driving innovation within our organisation.

• Analyse current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, including streamlining workflows, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to address operational challenges, drawing on your expertise in industrial engineering principles
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making, leveraging your analytical skills to provide data-driven insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to drive change and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend strategies to maintain our competitive edge
• Mentor and train junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to develop a strong, capable workforce

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 0-1 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
• A passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous learning and development
