Responsibilities- Lead and manage the research team in Southeast Asia, ensuring timely and quality delivery of research projects.
- Develop and implement research strategies that align with the organization's goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and priorities.
- Mentor and train junior researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Analyze and interpret research data, presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform research initiatives.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Market Research, Data Analysis).
- 2-5 years of experience in research management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
