POSITION TITLE: BRAND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting in brand marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role involves executing marketing campaigns, supporting events, managing social media content, and assisting in motorsport activations and influencer collaborations.The Marketing Brand Executive works closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the effective promotion of the company’s distributed brands.
- Brand Promotion and Event Marketing
Assist in planning and executing brand activations, trade shows, and promotional events.
Support dealer activations, sponsorship activities, and community rides to increase brand exposure.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for event logistics and execution.- Marketing and Content Support
Help develop marketing materials, social media content, and promotional campaigns.
Work with designers and content creators to produce marketing assets, videos, and advertisements.
Monitor and engage with the brand’s audience on social media platforms.- Sales & Dealer Collaboration
Assist in creating marketing tools and promotional materials for the sales team.
Engage with dealers, resellers, and customers to promote the distributed brands.
Gather customer insights and feedback to improve marketing initiatives.- Performance Tracking & Learning
Monitor and report on campaign, event, and influencer marketing performance.
Stay updated on motorsport trends, digital marketing strategies, and competitor activities.
Continuously learn and develop skills in brand marketing and promotions.- Influencer and Motorsport Event Support
Identify and engage with influencers and motorcycle enthusiasts for brand collaborations.
Coordinate product sponsorships and marketing initiatives for motorsport events and riders.
Monitor and evaluate influencer and event campaign performance to optimize future collaborations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the automotive, motorcycle, or performance parts industries.
- Strong knowledge of the motorcycle performance parts and accessories market in the Philippines is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand messages.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying updated on market trends and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of graphic design software and content management systems is a plus.
- Passion for motorcycles and motorcycle culture is an advantage.
