Responsibilities- Social Media Strategy
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices
- Write engaging content tailored for each platform
- Collaborate with designers to enhance visual output
- Community Engagement
- Build and nurture an active online presence
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly
- Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor performance and key metrics
- Use insights to adjust and improve strategy
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist in communications
- Apply your VA expertise to streamline executive workflows
Qualifications
Experience & Skills- At least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Manager for a US-based client
- Experience in using GoHighLevel/ Infusionsoft (Keap), is highly preferred
- Strong background in executive virtual assistance
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Experience working with a US healthcare client is a plus, but not required
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- A keen eye for design and storytelling
- Familiar with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus
- Reliable laptop or desktop
- Stable internet connection with backup
- Extra monitor for improved productivity
