Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Editor for Marketing to oversee and refine digital content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has strong editing skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience working with online content, SEO strategies, and multimedia elements.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Editing & Publishing- Edit, proofread, and optimize digital articles and multimedia content for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all digital platforms.
- Manage and update website content, ensuring it aligns with audience engagement strategies.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) using keywords, meta descriptions, and best practices.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing teams to enhance content visibility.
- Track content performance using analytics tools.
- Oversee content distribution across social media, newsletters, and digital channels.
- Work with video, graphics, and interactive elements to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure all digital content is mobile-friendly and follows UX best practices.
- Coordinate content calendars, deadlines, and publishing schedules.
- Work closely with writers, designers, and developers to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Digital Media, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital editing, content management, or a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong editing and proofreading abilities
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with multimedia content (images, videos, infographics).
- Strong communication and project management skills.
