Get to Know the Team
You will be part of the team managing everything social for Grab Philippines. You will strategize and create engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok. Our team’s mission is to ignite conversations and maintain relevance for Grab's ongoing and campaign initiatives, ensuring everything meets social media best practices.

You will play a key role in enhancing Grab's social media presence. You understand social media trends and influencers and can create social media plans for various campaigns.
You will report to the Head of Social. This is an onsite role to be based in our Exquadra Tower, Ortigas office
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop in-depth social media campaign strategies that align with our business objectives and marketing goals. You will identify target audience segments and craft content strategies to engage each group. Additionally, you will stay informed about industry trends and competitor actions to guide our strategies and foster innovation.
- Execution & Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creatives, and PR, to support integrated campaigns. Working with agencies, you will aim for excellence in both strategy and execution. You will also manage relationships with influencers and partners to expand the reach and engagement of our campaigns.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns, using these insights to improve future initiatives. Implementing data-driven optimizations will be part of your duties to boost engagement, reach, and generate positive sentiments.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need- 2 or more years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing.
- Develop strategic content tailored to various audience groups and align it with broad business objectives.
- Experience evaluating social media metrics and using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Work with different functional teams and manage relationships with external partners.
Desirable, but Not Required: Experience with social listening tools, launching viral campaigns, and content creation will be an advantage.
